Warranty Policy

Applies To: Toners, Ink Cartridges & Printing Papers

1. Scope

This Warranty Policy applies to all toners, ink cartridges, and printing papers purchased through www.tonerinko.com, operated by GloboHub SLX LLC-FZ.

It outlines the conditions under which products may be eligible for replacement or refund due to manufacturing defects or performance issues.

2. Warranty Coverage

Tonerinko ensures that all products sold are 100% genuine and quality-tested before dispatch. We provide warranty coverage under the following terms:

a. Toners & Ink Cartridges

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects, print quality issues, or non-functionality of the cartridge.
  • The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products found defective within this period will be replaced or refunded after inspection.
  • Defects covered include:
    • Cartridge not recognized by the printer (chip defect).
    • Poor or inconsistent print quality (fading, leakage, streaks).
    • Empty cartridge on first use.
    • Toner leakage or packaging defects upon delivery.

b. Printing Papers

  • Warranty applies only to unopened reams that are damaged, misprinted, or defective upon delivery.
  • Once the ream is opened, warranty coverage no longer applies.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Damage due to improper storage, physical impact, or exposure to moisture or heat.
  • Products that have been tampered with, refilled, or modified.
  • Issues caused by printer malfunctions or firmware updates that affect cartridge compatibility.
  • Normal wear and tear during regular use.
  • Expired cartridges or papers purchased beyond their recommended usage period.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To register a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team via chat (+971 585 711 255) or email (support@tonerinko.com) within the warranty period.
  2. Provide your order number, product name/model, and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Include photos or short videos showing the problem (e.g., print defects, printer error message, packaging damage).
  4. Our technical team will review the claim within 2–3 business days.
  5. If approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged according to the inspection result.
  6. In some cases, the defective item may need to be returned for verification before a replacement or refund can be issued.

5. Resolution Options

If the warranty claim is approved, Tonerinko will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement: A new, equivalent product will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • Refund: The full product price (excluding shipping) will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Credit Voucher: A store credit can be issued for use on future purchases.

6. Warranty for Compatible & OEM Products

  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) toners and inks (HP, Canon, etc.) carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
  • Tonerinko will assist in facilitating claims with the respective brand’s authorized distributor.
  • Compatible cartridges sold under the Tonerinko brand are covered under our direct 30-day replacement warranty as outlined above.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tonerinko’s liability under this warranty is limited to the value of the product sold. We are not responsible for any indirect loss, downtime, or printer damage resulting from product use, misuse, or malfunction.
