1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.tonerinko.com, operated by GloboHub SLX LLC-FZ.

Tonerinko delivers printer toners, ink cartridges, and printing papers across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), with optional international delivery available for selected destinations.

2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (UAE time) are processed the next working day.
  • During peak seasons or public holidays, processing times may extend slightly.
  • Customers will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once the order has been processed and dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

For international orders, delivery timelines vary depending on destination and courier.

4. Shipping Charges

  • UAE Orders: Free delivery on purchases above AED 1000.
  • Orders below AED 1000 incur a flat delivery fee, displayed at checkout.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier rate.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applicable in their country.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Track shipments directly through the courier’s website or contact Tonerinko Chat Support (+971 585 711 255) for updates.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-response, the order will be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos or videos.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
