By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through www.tonerinko.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined below. 2. Scope & Eligibility

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all users and customers purchasing toners, ink cartridges, and printing papers through Tonerinko.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to make purchases.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all personal, billing, and shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Product Authenticity & Description

• Tonerinko sells only 100% genuine OEM and certified compatible printing consumables, sourced from authorized UAE distributors and brand partners.
• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are for reference only and may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates or packaging changes.
• Tonerinko reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payment

4.1 Pricing

• All product prices listed on tonerinko.com are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include UAE VAT where applicable.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice due to market fluctuations or supplier adjustments.

4.2 Currency Conversion

• Prices may be displayed in USD, EUR, GBP, INR, or SAR for reference only.
• All payments are processed and settled in AED.
• If your bank account uses another currency, conversion and fees are handled by your bank or card provider.

4.3 Refunds in Multi-Currency Transactions

• Refunds are issued in AED to the original payment method.
• Exchange rate variations or bank fees are beyond Tonerinko’s control.

4.4 Secure Payments

• Tonerinko uses PCI DSS-compliant, encrypted payment gateways for all transactions.
• We do not store or access your card details.
• Customers receive instant confirmation once payment is processed successfully.

5. Order Processing & Confirmation

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp upon successful purchase.
• Tonerinko reserves the right to cancel or reject any order if:
  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • A pricing or technical error occurs.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Tonerinko delivers across the UAE and select international destinations.
• Standard UAE delivery takes 1–4 working days depending on location.
• Orders above AED 1000 qualify for free shipping; others include a nominal delivery fee.
• Tonerinko is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• Returns accepted within 7 calendar days for unused, unopened, resalable items.
• Defective or incorrect products replaced or refunded after inspection.
• Warranty valid 30 days from delivery for manufacturing defects.
• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on Tonerinko’s part.

8. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without charge.
• Once dispatched, cancellations follow the return process.
• Tonerinko may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

9. Taxes, VAT & Duties

• All displayed prices include UAE VAT where applicable.
• International orders may incur additional import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees borne by the buyer.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Tonerinko’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.
• We are not liable for printer damage, courier delays, or indirect/consequential losses.
• Products are used at the customer’s discretion, and Tonerinko’s responsibility ends upon delivery.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on tonerinko.com — including product descriptions, logos, text, and images — is the intellectual property of Tonerinko or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is prohibited. Brand names such as HP, Canon, Epson, and others are trademarks of their respective owners, used only for identification purposes.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

13. Force Majeure

Tonerinko is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, network outages, customs delays, or government restrictions.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UAE law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

15. Amendments

Tonerinko reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates become effective immediately upon publication, with the revised Effective Date displayed at the top of this page.
