Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made through Tonerinko’s official website (www.tonerinko.com) for printer toners, ink cartridges, and printing papers.
We currently deliver across the UAE, and international orders are subject to additional terms. Please check the shipping policy before placing an order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure the authenticity and quality of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- The product must be in resalable condition with all labels and packaging intact.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened or partially used toners or ink cartridges.
- Paper reams that have been opened or damaged.
- Items not purchased directly from tonerinko.com.
- Damage resulting from improper installation, printer malfunction, or incorrect storage conditions.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
3. Return Process
- Connect with our chat support on +971 585 711 255 or email support@tonerinko.com to initiate a return request.
- Provide your order number, product details, and photos/videos (if defective or wrong item received).
- Our team will review your request and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if eligible.
- Ship the product to:

Office No. 359, Zone 8, Hamsah-A, 3A Street, Al Karama, Dubai, UAE. - Ensure the item is securely packed and labelled with the RMA number.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or wrongly supplied.
4. Refunds & Replacements
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified about the approval status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Replacements (if preferred) will be dispatched after inspection and subject to availability.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Tonerinko is at fault.
- Partial refunds may be issued if returned items are not in original condition or missing components.
5. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective toner or ink cartridge, or the wrong model, notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will:
- Arrange a replacement, or
- Provide a full refund, including return shipping (if the fault is on our side).
Please note: Printer firmware compatibility issues or malfunctions unrelated to the toner/ink itself are not covered under this policy.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge.
- Once dispatched, the regular return process applies.
- Custom orders, bulk orders, or special SKUs cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
