1. Order Assistance

🛒 Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email and WhatsApp update with your tracking number. Track your order anytime by contacting our Chat Support at +971 585 711 255 or emailing support@tonerinko.com.

📦 Delivery Timelines:

  • Dubai: 1–2 working days
  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: 2–3 working days
  • Other Emirates: 3–4 working days
  • International shipments vary based on courier and destination

2. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If you’ve received a defective, wrong, or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Ensure the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Message via chat (+971 585 711 255) or email support@tonerinko.com.
  2. Share your order number, photos/videos of the product, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

3. Warranty & Product Support

All toners and ink cartridges come with a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Cartridge not recognized by printer
  • Toner leakage or poor print output
  • Empty cartridge upon first use

Warranty claims are inspected before approval. Verified claims result in a replacement or refund.

4. Payments & Pricing Support

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Apple Pay (where available)
  • Cash on Delivery (UAE only)

All transactions are securely processed in AED. If your bank account uses another currency, conversion is handled automatically.

Your Tonerinko Account helps you manage:

  • Past orders and invoices
  • Saved addresses
  • Warranty status and support requests

All data is encrypted and stored securely. Customer details are never shared for marketing without consent.

6. Troubleshooting Common Issues

🖨️ Printer Not Recognizing Toner/Ink
  • Remove and reinsert the cartridge firmly.
  • Ensure chip contacts are clean and cartridge properly aligned.
  • Restart the printer after installation.
  • If issues persist, contact our team for further assistance.
💨 Poor Print Quality
  • Gently shake the toner cartridge to redistribute powder evenly.
  • Check if “Toner Save” mode is off in printer settings.
  • If streaks or fading continue, cartridge may need replacement.
🧾 Didn’t Receive Invoice?

Your invoice is emailed automatically once payment is confirmed. If missing, contact support@tonerinko.com for a resend.
