Troubleshooting
Printer Not Recognizing Toner/Ink
  1. Remove and reinsert the cartridge firmly
  2. Ensure chip contacts are clean and properly aligned
  3. Restart the printer after installation
  4. If issues persist, contact our support team
Poor Print Quality
  1. Gently shake the toner to redistribute powder evenly
  2. Ensure "Toner Save" mode is OFF in printer settings
  3. Persistent streaks or fading may require a replacement
