Received a defective, wrong, or damaged item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

All toners and ink cartridges are covered for manufacturing defects:
- Cartridge not recognized by printer
- Toner leakage or poor print output
- Empty cartridge upon first use
Warranty claims are inspected before approval. Verified claims result in a replacement or full refund.

All transactions are securely processed in AED. Foreign currencies are automatically converted by your bank.

- Remove and reinsert the cartridge firmly
- Ensure chip contacts are clean and properly aligned
- Restart the printer after installation
- If issues persist, contact our support team
- Gently shake the toner to redistribute powder evenly
- Ensure "Toner Save" mode is OFF in printer settings
- Persistent streaks or fading may require a replacement
